Over the past 25 years John Haremza has earned 14 million dollars and led his teams to earning 200 million dollars.
He has been featured in many publications including Your Business at Home, Network Marketing Times and most recently in John Milton Fogg's "The Greatest Networkers in the World".John's first job was as maintenance manager at a potato chip plant in Perham, Minnesota. He was dealing with dyslexia back when no one knew what dyslexia was. He could not read, no matter how hard he tried. His teachers, friends and family assumed he was slow, dumb and stupid and they put him in classes with the slower children.
Renee Lindsey Chittick lives in Huntington Beach, California and is a teacher by education. She has owned a successful family retail business on the West Coast of Florida and entered the direct selling industry part time in the early 90s, eventually leaving her traditional business to pursue direct selling full time.Over the next 20 years she earned in excess of 4 million dollars and reached the top
position in two different companies. Renee is a top trainer and has been featured in Success Magazine and several books including Prescription for Success.Renee comes to Javita from the sister company, Waiora, where she holds a position of the Board of Advisors.
Mickey Dillon spent 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Business in Sales and Management, then found Network Marketing. It made
sense to be able to work hard one time and get paid for a lifetime and he became a Multi-Million Dollar earner in the industry and
has created a life of total freedom for himself, his wife and daughter.
Donna Farrell lives in British Columbia Canada with her family. She has an educational background in sales, marketing and communication.
Her extensive business experience as a trainer, home business coach and leader lead her to success with Javita in record time. This busy
Mom knows how to juggle raising children and running a massive business from home. Donna has overcome many challenges in her life

Tom Bowman Tom's background in Mortgage Finance led him to owning his own mortgage brokerage business. With the downturn of
the economy, he was forced to explore other career opportunities. When Tom was introduced to the Javita opportunity, he already had many years worth of experience in network marketing but everything paled in comparison to the level of compensation Javita has to offer.Tom grabbed the opportunity to reach his dream income and live the lifestyle and have the
freedom he always longed for. "I've always dreamed of traveling with my three children and enjoying more time together as a family.

Bill and Dawn Ball Their introduction to the Javita Opportunity was perfectly timed. Before Javita, they were High School Sweethearts that met in Kindergarten. In 1987 while still in High School they decided to start their own construction business in Toms River, NJ. The business soon grew into a multi-million dollar a year Landscape Construction Company.
In 2008 Construction was slowing down and Bill and Dawn witnessed a steady decline in business. "That’s when we were introduced to network marketing. We didn't even know what that meant, but we loved the concept and the numbers.
